As a Rentals Officer, you are the first point of contact for new and current tenants. You ensure that properties are rented out smoothly and that residents feel welcome and well-informed. With your organizational talent and customer-oriented attitude, you bring structure to the rental process and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from viewing to handover.

What are you going to do?

You oversee the entire rental process: you process inquiries, schedule viewings, assess candidates, and ensure that rental contracts are drawn up correctly. You are the point of contact for tenants and answer questions regarding properties, contracts, and rental procedures. Additionally, you work closely with colleagues from technical management, maintenance, and administration to ensure that properties are handed over in optimal condition and that residents feel at home quickly. You identify areas for improvement in the rental process and actively contribute ideas for more efficient and customer-friendly working methods.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 1 year of experience as a rental agent within a housing association;
• Customer-oriented and skilled in communication: you can provide clear and friendly explanations to tenants;
• Accurate and strong organizational skills: you maintain an overview of multiple processes simultaneously;
• Proactive and solution-oriented: you see opportunities to improve the rental process;
• You are good at collaborating, both with colleagues and external partners.
